Sanjay Subbanna takes great pride in providing personalized service and collaboration with his clients to ensure greater understanding of his client's needs and expectations. He believes that the best images are produced not because of just using the best equipment but by collaborating closely with his clients to understand their inspiration for their work and their vision. He has a very good understanding of the quality of light, seasons and weather as they play a huge role in the process of making images. The result is images that stand out in showcasing his client's vision.

Sanjay uses the latest Mac computers and software (Nikon and Adobe) and does the post-processing himself. He aims to get it right as much as possible in-camera and minimize post-processing. This will not only yield better quality images but also reduce costs for his clients.

Sanjay's love for photography began early in Bangalore, India, when, as a child, he would play with pinhole cameras and projectors during summer vacation and observe with curiosity when his uncle made photographs. Sanjay is an avid traveler. During his travels, he taught himself how to see and capture the essence of a place, its architecture and its people. His perspective of the world around him is evident in his photographs. Sanjay has extensive experience shooting around the world including architecture, portraits, weddings, markets and events. He also enjoys teaching photography and has taught elementary school children and offers private lessons. More recently, Sanjay has started directing his attention to architecture and commercial photography.

Sanjay is based in Munich, Germany and is available for assignments worldwide.
